The regional Bar provides support and continuous training to lawyers, promotes their interests, and represents them towards local authorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Bar issues advocates the approval for admission to the state-guaranteed legal aid system following the submission of <a href=\"http:\/\/uam.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/cerere_eliberare_aviz_al_baroului_7166111_8162873.docx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">the following application<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The General Assembly of the Bar<\/strong> consist of of all voting-eligible advocates enrolled in the bar association&#8217;s membership list within the respective jurisdiction. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The General Assembly:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>elects and dismisses the dean and vice-dean of the bar association<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>elects the advocates delegated by the bar association in the Ethics and Discipline Commission, the Licensing Commission, the Audit Commission, the Council of the Union and appoints delegates to the Congress<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The regional Bar consists of advocates who have the residence within the jurisdiction of a specific court of appeals and facilitates their activities at the regional level.
