The advocate\u2019s contribution is 250 lei per month. The contribution is paid in advance, either in full or in two instalments every 6 months. The first payment should be made by May 31, and the second payment must be made by November 30. Trainee advocates do not have such an obligation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the suspension of activity, the advocate is exempt from the obligation to pay this contribution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payments to the Union are made by bank transfer.
