{"id":4839,"date":"2023-08-26T16:08:30","date_gmt":"2023-08-26T13:08:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/new.uam.md\/?page_id=4839"},"modified":"2024-02-22T12:13:20","modified_gmt":"2024-02-22T09:13:20","slug":"fees-of-the-union-2","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/uam.md\/en\/lawyers\/informatii-utile-pentru-avocati\/fees-of-the-union-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Fees of the Union"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The budget of the Union is formed of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>contributions from advocates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>fees established by the Council of the Union<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>fines paid by advocates as disciplinary sanctions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>other payments not prohibited by law<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Advocates are obliged to pay in time their contributions to the budget of the Union. The advocate\u2019s contribution is 250 lei per month. The contribution is paid in advance, either in full or in two instalments every 6 months. The first payment should be made by May 31, and the second payment must be made by November 30. Trainee advocates do not have such an obligation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the suspension of activity, the advocate is exempt from the obligation to pay this contribution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Payments to the Union are made by bank transfer.
