The recommended tariff rates range between 70 and 170 euros per hour, but advocates can set an hourly rate outside the recommended limits. Advocates are required to keep a record of the time spent and prepare a report with information regarding the actions taken and the time spent on the interest of the client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Advocates may also establish fixed fees per action or case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Advocates may also agree with the client on a fee paid in case of winning the case, representing a portion of the benefit obtained by their client.
