How to become an advocate?

To become an advocate, a person must:

• be a citizen of the Republic of Moldova
• hold a Bachelor’s degree in law
• have an impeccable reputation
• pass the traineeship admission exam
• complete the legal internship, which lasts from 12 to 24 months
• pass the Bar admission exam
